- 50% M/F Project Manager Assistant
- This position is intended for a structured and curious spirit, which finds it interesting to discover the hospital world from within and wants to be concretely useful, a rate of 50% that combines well with current studies, another activity or a choice of life. The main tasks of this post are:
- To provide reliable operational and administrative support to project managers and engineers flows & organisation: to prepare and maintain steering documents (planning, action lists, decision and risk logs), to revive contributors and to proactively report delays or blocking points
- Organize and document project life: planning sessions and workshops, agendas, minutes and records of reliable decisions, dissemination and follow-up of actions resulting from them

- Depending on institutional priorities, for example, you will contribute to projects such as the implementation of the future computerized patient file (DPI), process digitization, improvement of patient experience. Training & Certifications
- Bachelor (University, HES) in management, economics, engineering, health or training deemed equivalent
- Hospital experience is not required: your curiosity and adaptability in a complex environment matters more
- Excellent mastery of office automation and collaborative tools (continued Office, Teams/SharePoint or equivalent); knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Planner, Jira...) or computer languages (Python, SQL...) is an asset Relationship & Behavioural Skills
- Reliability in commitments: 50%, each hour counts, and the team must be able to count on
