Key requirements
- Apprentissage de constructeur∙trice de voies ferrées terminé avec plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle ainsi qu'une formation complémentaire en tant que chef∙fe d'équipe
- Permis valide au poste de chef∙fe de sécurité et permis de conduire cat. B
- Des expériences dans le rôle de formateur∙trice professionnel∙le à temps partiel serait un avantage
- Plaisir de transmettre des connaissances théoriques et pratiques aux jeunes adultes
- Expérience dans la planification et l'organisation des travaux
- Excellentes compétences sociales et grande volonté de fournir des services et des bonnes connaissances MS Office

- Responsibility for achieving learning objectives and implementing qualifications
- Planning and evaluation of internships in the workplace
- Assistance in the development of training documents What you bring:
- Completed apprenticeship as a railway track constructor with several years of professional experience as well as additional training as a team leader
- Valid license for the position of safety manager and driving license cat.
