- You plan, carry out and plan various, individually adapted integration measures as well as professional measures (professional clarification, preparatory measures) both in the crafts-technical and in the office area
- You assume responsibility for a group of clients who, for health reasons (somatically and/or mentally), are reoriented professionally and are interested in a new job.
Main responsibilities

- You assume responsibility for a group of clients who, for health reasons (somatically and/or mentally), are reoriented professionally and are interested in a new job.
- In the interdisciplinary cooperation, you work with internal specialists on site, including career guidance, job coaching and job placement.
- If necessary, you have contact with external specialists, such as support or psychological or psychiatric support.
- Integration plans are developed together with the clients, the assigning positions (Suva and disability insurance) and the employers
- Job acquisition support is provided in cooperation with internal employment services
- Differentiated reports in German you write independently
- If you are interested and suitable, you also work in projects Profile
- You have completed basic training, preferably in the craftsmanship-technical or alternatively in the office sector, and bring several years of professional experience in a technical industry
- Further education in the areas of employment education, job coaching, social security law, social education, social work, adult education or case management complement your profile
