- La maîtrise des outils MS Office et SAP, associée à de bonnes connaissances des processus de production et à une solide culture KAIZEN, constitue un prérequis important pour ce poste.
- Une expérience confirmée de plusieurs années dans la conduite d'équipe en environnement de production industrielle est attendue.
- Un apprentissage de quatre ans dans le domaine de la mécanique est requis, idéalement complété par une formation de cheffe ou chef d'équipe Swissmem ou équivalente. Un diplôme de technicienne ou technicien ES en processus constitue un atout supplémentaire.
- Une excellente maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit (niveau C2) est requise, avec idéalement des connaissances en allemand à l'oral, au minimum au niveau A2.
- An ES process technician diploma is an additional asset.
