Main responsibilities
- They develop and establish company-wide process management in a targeted manner – with a particular focus on digitalization and automation
- They actively promote topics such as artificial intelligence (AI), agentic AI, RPA and process automation – from the identification of suitable use cases to implementation
- They analyse, model and optimise business processes (e.g. according to BPMN 2.0) and ensure their sustainable anchoring
- You take an active role in the conception and implementation of automation solutions – hands-on, pragmatic and impact-oriented
- They coordinate internal and external stakeholders (departments, IT, partners) and ensure the successful implementation of initiatives
- You advise and accompany specialist areas in topics such as process design, automation, data management and data strategy
- They design and accompany projects (classic and agile) and bring in modern working methods such as Agile / DevOps approaches
- You identify optimization potential along the value chain and make a direct contribution to increasing efficiency and quality Requirements
- Completed studies (FH/uni) in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable training
- Several years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Process Management / Business Analysis
