- System and specialist responsibility for the site with support from the superior (co-center management of the Center for Geriatric Psychiatry)
- Networking/communication with all those involved (family doctor, hospital, long-term institution, relatives)
- Independent and efficient working style, high resilience and high social skills

- Doctor with completed further training Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Main title in geriatric psychiatry and psychotherapy or interest in it is an advantage
