Pre-HES Administration Internship - 100% HR Department Tasks Assist the HR team in administrative management and follow-up of employee files by performing various tasks of classification, document processing, reception, and support for common administrative processes.
Main responsibilities - Classify and archive employee files - Update HR databases - Number and manage administrative documents - Draft standard letters or emails - Receive and process HR emails - Manage calls and redirects to competent interlocutors - Welcome employees for their administrative procedures - Manage the administration of employee entries and exits Specific participation - Contribute to an IT project related to time management within the HR department (testing, follow-up, implementation of new processes, documentation) Your strengths - Strong interest in administrative management and human resources - Availability in oral and written communication - Organizational sensitivity, rigor, and discretion - Good computer skills and aptitude for digital tools - Motivation to participate in a cross-functional IT project Entry into function Immediately or to be agreed.
