Role overview

Tasks: The pharmaceutical department, a large team of approximately 25 pharmaceutical assistants, including the drug department, provides hospitalized and outpatient patients with medication in 5 different locations. With the planned expansion of the service management, the team of pharmaceutical assistants will be involved even closer to the patient bed in the future. The renovated hospital pharmacy offers bright, generous and quiet offices.

Your responsibilities

• At the counter, you are the first point of contact for stations and you are responsible for receiving postal orders and providing telephone information.

• They manage the station's big ones, in the future even in the new KSA building

• Administrative work is also part of your daily life

• Your particular tasks are oriented, if possible, according to your strengths. With a strong fit for the basic data and computing, a development in this direction would be conceivable.

• You are participating in a Saturday morning service.

Requirements You have completed an apprenticeship as a pharmaceutical assistant and have several years of professional experience. The hospital experience is desirable, but not a requirement. They like to work in a team and with other professional groups. In addition, you are an open minded and resilient personality that works exactly and attaches great importance to customer service.
