- You help build the daily clinic: from concepts to processes to creating a therapeutic space that gives hope. Deep care
- Complete study as a nursing professional HF/FH – with experience in the psychiatric environment (or great interest to introduce you here).
- Language – Very good knowledge of German is essential to build trusting relationships.
Main responsibilities
- Constructing from the ground
- You help build the daily clinic: from concepts to processes to creating a therapeutic space that gives hope. Deep care
- You plan and carry out nursing measures, work closely with patients and accompany them on their path to self-employment.
- Guide groups, strengthen people - whether skills training, social competence training or work-related activities: The groups are concerned with promoting action and self-confidence.
- Design interfaces – You work closely with work teachers, social services, employers and relatives
- Teamplay at eye level – You work interdisciplinary with people from different professional groups – because we know that together we achieve more. Requirements:
- Complete study as a nursing specialist HF/FH – with experience in the psychiatric environment (or great interest to introduce you here).
- Language – Very good knowledge of German is essential to build trusting relationships.
- Pioneering spirit – You are initiative, flexible, and you are packing where it is necessary.
