Role overview

Type of contract: CDI Rate: 60-80% Date of entry: to be agreed Venue: Switzerland Romande As a patient-relations officer you will have different missions:

• Satisfy and retain patients by customizing the proposed service
• Ambassador and guarantor of the image of the Ardentis Group
• Follow patients throughout their care journey
• Ensure patient satisfaction and follow up complaints
• Quality control of the reception environment
• Creation and transfer of records to interclinical clinics
• Keep the clinic's visual communication up to date as per Marketing Guidelines
• Maintenance and optimization of practitioners' agendas
• Various administrative tasks (mails, writing letters) Profile, Training and Skills:
• Training in hotels, customer relations agent, level CFC, CAP, BTS or equivalent
• Minimum experience of 2 years in a hospitality/receptionist position in the tourism sector
• Good command of French (level C1-C2)
• Excellent knowledge in German (minimum B2-C1)
• Good control of common computer tools (Microsoft Office 365)
• Leadership, able to accompany and coordinate
• Organizational sense, global vision, ability to step back
• Great ease in human relations, in patient service (sense of listening and communication)
• Exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, professionalism, dynamism and availability
• Ability to work alone or as a team
• Ability to assimilate new knowledge
