Role overview

Tasks

• Ensure professional service of food and drinks in the patient's room and in the restaurant. You take over the preparation and follow-up of the meal service including food orders (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
• You operate the cafeteria and take care of a smooth process in the service area
• You ensure order and cleanliness in the patient rooms, restaurant and clinic
• Support for logistical processes such as changing bed and terry linen, dirty linen
• Accompaniment of the patient: inside for therapy
• You create a pleasant atmosphere and actively participate in events
• You are an important contact person for patients: inside and guests
• Recognizing needs and professional forwarding to the appropriate offices Your working days and times

Assignments between Monday and Sunday in two-shift operation 06:30-15:25 or 11:00-20:10.

Requirements

• Own initiative, readiness and flexibility
• Helpful and sociable personality
• Hospital experience and/or service
• Empathic personality
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Further knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous
