Debiopharm is seeking a Global Value & Access Lead to define and drive the long-term Global Value & Access strategy across our entire pipeline portfolio.

Main responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities Strategic Market Access & HEOR

  • Leadership, Governance & Departmental Excellence Requirements
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years including proven experience in Global Market Access, Pricing, and HEOR within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, preferably overseeing multi-asset pipelines.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience or strong capability to manage, mentor, and develop junior talent, fostering professional growth and strategic thinking.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of health economic modeling (cost-effectiveness, budget impact), patient-reported outcomes (COAs), and global pricing dynamics.
  • Business & Financial Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into revenue forecasts and strategic commercial perspectives.
  • Strategic & Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey the risks and benefits of complex methodologies to the wider business and build strong cross-functional relationships.
