Your responsibilities
- Implementation of measurement and test orders according to customer requirements, specifications and deadlines
- Planning and preparation of measurements incl.
Selection and provision of suitable measuring and testing equipment
- Calibration, control and proper operation of measurement systems
- Evaluation, interpretation and documentation of measurement results and preparation of test reports
- Ensuring correct SAP feedback (bookings of production orders)
- Analysis of measurement deviations and participation in the processing of error and complaint cases
- Participation in the connector and cable assembly as well as production-related support
- Training of internal and temporary employees
- Active participation in continuous improvements (CIP) and implementation of lean principles (5S, MUDA) Your profile
- Basic technical training, ideally in electronics, metrology or production
- Several years of experience in assembly and/or measurement technology, preferably in a production-oriented environment
- Experience with measuring equipment
- Good skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Knowledge of lean management and its practical application is an advantage
- High technical understanding and precise working style
- Strong quality awareness and economic thinking
- Team-oriented, communicative and resilient personality with high social competence
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working method
