- Attached to the Vaudois Judicial Order, the canton's four bankruptcy offices have the main task of administering and ensuring liquidation by bankruptcy.
- In order to complete the existing team, the Office of Bankruptcy in the district of Lausanne, which employs nearly 20 employees, is looking for an office of bankruptcy. Managing bankruptcy cases
- Carry out operations related to precautionary measures, such as inventories, publication of the opening of bankruptcy, etc.
- Determine active and passive masses (analysis of productions and decisions needed to settle the file) Hearing the bankrupts
- Establish and publish collocation statements
- Proceed with the realization and distribution of the money (sale, statement of costs, distribution table, distribution of funds, reports and publication of the closure of the bankruptcy)
