Die Notfallpraxis ist Teil des interdisziplinären Notfallzentrums des Kantonsspitals Baden.
Jährlich suchen über 25'000 Patient/innen mit leichten Erkrankungen und Verletzungen die Notfallpraxis auf.
Als MPA unterstützt du Ärzt:innen des Notfallteams sowie Hausärzt/innen der Bezirke Baden und Brugg bei der Versorgung dieser Patient:innen.
- Die Notfallpraxis ist Teil des interdisziplinären Notfallzentrums des Kantonsspitals Baden.
- Jährlich suchen über 25'000 Patient/innen mit leichten Erkrankungen und Verletzungen die Notfallpraxis auf.
- Du empfängst die Patient/innen und koordinierst Termine für Nachkontrollen und Überweisungen.
- Du führst Blutabnahmen und EKG durch, erledigst Laborarbeiten im praxiseigenen Labor und verabreichst Medikamente, Infusionen und Impfungen.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MPA und bringst einige Jahre Berufserfahrung mit.
- Du hast bereits die Berufsbildner-Ausbildung bzw. hast sie geplant zu absolvieren.
Main responsibilities
- Du empfängst die Patient/innen und koordinierst Termine für Nachkontrollen und Überweisungen.
- Du führst Blutabnahmen und EKG durch, erledigst Laborarbeiten im praxiseigenen Labor und verabreichst Medikamente, Infusionen und Impfungen.
- Du legst Gipsverbände und Schienen sowie Wundverbände fachgerecht an.
- Du bereitest Patienten auf Behandlungen vor und unterstützt die Ärzt/innen bei kleinen chirurgischen Eingriffen.
- Du betreust Lernende und gestaltest die Arbeitsprozesse aktiv mit.
- Du übernimmst ausserdem diverse administrative Aufgaben.
Key requirements
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MPA und bringst einige Jahre Berufserfahrung mit.
- Du hast bereits die Berufsbildner-Ausbildung bzw. hast sie geplant zu absolvieren.
- Du bringst von Vorteil Erfahrung in hämatologischer Laborarbeit mit.
- Du bist eine empathische, teamfähige und flexible Persönlichkeit.
- Du bist bereit, Früh-, Spät- und Wochenenddienste zu übernehmen.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
