Main responsibilities

  • Main Responsibilities: 1. Design and Development:
  • Design and develop mechanical watch movements using 2D and 3D CAD software PTC Creo and Tellwatch
  • Carry out technical feasibility studies and functional analyzes of new movements or developments of existing movements.
  • Define the mechanical architectures, kinematics and dimensional tolerances of the components.
  • Integrate aesthetic, technical, cost and production constraints from the design phase 2.
  • Collaboration with industrialization and prototyping:
  • Establish complete technical files (manufacturing plans, nomenclatures, technical specifications) for prototyping and production.
  • Collaborate with the prototyping workshop and the project manager for the production of the first parts and the assembly of the movements.
  • Participate in the testing and validation phases of prototypes, analyze the results and propose improvements.
  • Ensure technical monitoring during the industrialization and mass production phase. 3. Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
