Role overview

Mansioni - operation and maintenance: You ensure the daily operation of the property.

This includes patrols, monitoring order and cleanliness, operating simple technical equipment and detecting and reporting malfunctions or defects at an early stage.

You carry out smaller maintenance work independently, and you forward further work to the responsible authorities

• Coordination: You look after external service providers and coordinate maintenance and repair work
• CAFM support: You independently process tickets that are commissioned by employees of the FORTYSEVEN wellness spa
• Disposal and cleanliness: You ensure professional disposal as well as order and cleanliness on the area

• Language: You have a very good command of the German language, both spoken and written good
