Main responsibilities

  • MINI Your responsibilities
  • Welcome prospects and customers, analyze their needs, advise them, introduce them to and test drive our vehicles, help them identify the vehicle that meets their expectations, finalize the sale by offering them a rich and individualized experience within the dealership
  • Support your customers until delivery of their vehicle
  • Ensure follow-up of the relationship well after the satisfied customer has left the dealership
  • Become the advisor privilege of your customers and make them want to come back!

Key requirements

  • Experience in automobile sales (with CFC in a profession related to automobiles or in the commercial field) Negotiation skills with customers
  • Relational skills, excellent communicator and comfortable in prospecting
  • A native French speaker, you have good oral knowledge of English and German (an asset) Knowledge of MS Office IT tools
