Close to Morges station, in brand new premises, GO2, the Romaned Center of Surgery and Medicine of Sport and Arts was created by a specialized and passionate team. It is intended for adolescents who regularly engage in physical activity, regardless of their level, whether in leisure, club or elite. This team of doctors, surgeons or therapists also advises any teenager who wishes to start or resume physical activity.

In order to strengthen our versatile team, we are looking for the GO2 Centre, a-e:

Medical Assistant (M/F) at 80%

CDI, effective 1 December 2026

YOU MAY

• A medical assistant CFC or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a medical practice, in paediatrics an asset
• Competencies in blood sampling and laboratory analysis.
• A strong interest in administrative tasks, logistics and patient coordination.
• Flexibility and versatility in order to provide doctors with quality support in carrying out routine and exceptional activities.
• A good team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Recognized skills in the use of computer tools and excellent spelling.
• A strong team spirit, autonomy and the desire to evolve in an environment conducive to collegiality.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Provide patient care and guidance.
• Ensure a patient experience of excellence on a daily basis.
• Provide care, provide clinical supervision of patients and assist physicians in specific interventional and non-interventional care.
• Perform common diagnostic services: laboratory, ECG, Remler, Apnealink, etc.
• Manage hotline and message take.
• Manage billing of medical procedures.
• To monitor all day-to-day administrative tasks involved in the proper functioning of the centre, such as managing emails and planning.
• To guarantee the preparation, monitoring and archiving of patients' physical medical records
• Conducting the typing, rereading and transmission of medical reports and test results to physicians in a timely manner.
