What You Do

• In this position of assistant doctor leading to the qualification of specialist in occupational medicine, we offer you two and a half years of comprehensive and interesting training.
• You examine, evaluate and advise our insured persons with regard to occupational diseases and perform aptitude tests in the framework of occupational medicine prevention.
• You are in contact with a multitude of situations in companies as well as with a wide range of occupational diseases and thus acquire extensive knowledge in the specialty.
• In addition, you have the opportunity to collaborate in working groups, projects and improvements to Suva's internal processes.
• Through the development and transfer of your knowledge, you are actively involved in public awareness and ongoing training in occupational medicine. What you bring
• You have completed your medical studies and already have several years of significant experience in Switzerland as an assistant doctor.
• As part of your previous activities, you have been able to gain clinical experience focused on general internal medicine, a specialist's title is an asset.
• Being an independent and reliable person, you also have good communication skills.
• A very good knowledge of French (mother tongue level) is necessary, German is a plus.
