Key requirements
- Professional experience: an advantage
- Completed basic or further training: as a butcher / cook / chef
- High level of detail orientation and accuracy
- High willingness to take responsibility, independence and reliability
- Enjoy varied activities and are more flexible Work design
- Top technical and piece knowledge of the various raw materials
- Ability to analyze and interpret quality data
- Familiarity with quality assurance methods and instruments, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
