Under the responsibility of the Head of Supply Chain Distribution, you are a community manager who inspires, federates and develops his team, while guaranteeing the operational excellence of Reception and Shipping activities.
You play a key role in the performance of flows, the quality of service provided to internal-external customers and the continuous transformation of logistics practices. Your activities are as follows:
Lead and develop a team of 8 employees in a trusted, responsible and collaborative environment
- Under the responsibility of the Head of Supply Chain Distribution, you are a community manager who inspires, federates and develops his team, while guaranteeing the operational excellence of Reception and Shipping activities.
- You play a key role in the performance of flows, the quality of service provided to internal-external customers and the continuous transformation of logistics practices. Your activities are as follows:
Application process
- Deploy and ensure the application of operational procedures
- Actively contribute to transformation projects (digitalization, automation, new tools) and support change
- Monitoring and analysing KPIs, sharing results and implementing targeted action plans
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement (Lean), encourage field initiatives and optimize processes
- You have training in logistics, supply chain, industrial management, operations management or equivalent
- You have certification or training in Lean Management / Continuous Improvement (Lean type, Six Sigma)
- You have between 5 to 8 years of professional experience in a logistics, flow, distribution or operations environment
- You have a confirmed managerial experience, with supervision of an operational team
