- Ensure the operational coordination and daily monitoring of the arrangements, files, actions and decisions, in accordance with deadlines and institutional procedures.
Main responsibilities

- Ensure the operational coordination and daily monitoring of the arrangements, files, actions and decisions, in accordance with deadlines and institutional procedures.
- Coordinate the internal, consistent, timely and confidential treatment of situations transmitted by the external body responsible for receiving complaints and preliminary investigation, including by bringing together the internal committee analysing the investigation and its recommendations.
- Provide a point of contact and guidance for key internal stakeholders and the external forum.
- Prepare and coordinate the governance sessions of the system, prepare minutes and ensure the traceability of follow-up and decision-making elements.
- Transverse collaboration and continuous improvement
- Work closely with the units responsible for prevention, support and support for a coordinated and coherent approach.
- Structure, document and evolve the coordination procedures, tools and modalities of the system.
- Participate in the evolution of the institutional mechanism for managing personal injury. Reporting
