Main responsibilities
- As Team Leader, you ensure the complete management of the mezzanine team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
- You frame, motivate and support employees in their development.
- You organize planning (weekly and Saturdays), manage absences via HR tools and ensure an efficient distribution of work.
- You actively participate in the integration and training of new employees, while supervising the night shift and night assistants.
- From an operational point of view, you guarantee the quality and efficiency of picking and prepicking activities.
- You control the receipt of goods, the conformity of products and ensure that the area remains clean, secure and organized.
- You are also a key point of contact with supply teams and suppliers.
- You anticipate the need for personnel and products in order to avoid disruptions or surpluses, and you offer recruitment when necessary. Requirements
- minimum 2 years experience: in a similar function with team management
- You have perfect control of the picking processes and the use of the scanner.
