Mansioni

• You supervise and accompany our clients throughout the training process, you develop training programs and motivate our clients as a provider of excellence
• You are the guarantor of the implementation and respect of the operational processes, you manage your employees and apprentices and you actively participate in their evolution
• You ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the studio
• You take care of various administrative tasks, preparation of contracts and active contacts with clientses
• You implement the corporate strategy and represent the company internally and externally

Required

• As well as experience in a similar position: Many years of management experience
• Initial or continuing training completed: Fitness instructor training (accredited in Switzerland - CFC or similar) with valid BLS/AED certification
• You have a very good knowledge of the sector, a good network and very good sales skills
• You have a higher than average sense of service and a good strength of persuasion
• You are flexible and willing to work in the evening as well as on weekends and public holidays
• You are loyal and a model for your employees and our clients
• French (Very good knowledge)

Recruitment process

• Professional interview: During the professional interview, the manager and/or other specialized person, or even the team, asks specific questions about the knowledge to accomplish the work. • Offer and establishment of contract: The main points of the contract are checked again after our verbal job offer. The establishment of the contract is then initiated by mutual agreement before being sent by post. Return time: up to 3 weeks
