As part of the development of our Benefits Division Department P&C, specialized in the management of claims and recognized for the quality of its customer service, we are looking for a Manager Benefits Sinisters – in the branches of wealth insurance (m/f/x) at an activity rate between 80% and 100%. In this role, you are responsible for the versatile management of insurance claims files for companies, especially water damage, fire and corporate liability. You are actively contributing to providing quality service to our insured persons, in close collaboration with our agencies. You are part of the Services for French-speaking Switzerland, made up of some 30 managers. This dynamic and committed team offers a collaborative working environment, conducive to professional development and the enrichment of your skills. The various missions that await you Manage the portfolio's client files:

• Open claims files, track correspondence and manage telephone exchanges
• Process, track and validate fee payments, including decision making
• Instructing and tracking claims, both material and tangible
• Analyze cases and assess legal responsibilities
• Managing and monitoring third-party remedies
• Strictly apply general insurance conditions
• Working closely with the various internal services and partners, as well as providing technical support to the agencies of our network What makes you unique
• SWC level training, supplemented by several years of experience in a similar position, federal certificate of insurance specialist an asset
• Significant experience in managing benefits in Heritage Insurance
• Mastering common IT tools (MS Office)
