About the offer The Lavaux Hospital is a private foundation recognized in the public interest, a member of the Vaudian Hospital Federation. Located in Cully (Bourg-en-Lavaux), in the heart of the vineyards and close to public transport, school and Lavaux day care. An expansion project is planned for 2027, with the relocation of care services to new premises currently under construction at the hospital site. A modern and integrated regional hub, Lavaux Hospital is recognized for its excellence in community care, specialisation in geriatrics, rehabilitation and specialized palliative care, as well as its commitment to quality and innovation. We are looking for a Management Controller (60-80%) to strengthen our Finance and Administration Department. Attached to the Chief Financial Officer, you will join the Hospital at a key moment in its evolution and will actively participate in its development, particularly as part of the strategic projects related to the future institution. Your main responsibilities

• Contribute to the financial and medico-economic performance of the Hospital through the production, analysis and provision of relevant information for the Directorate and operational managers.
• Conduct financial and economic analyses to inform the Directorate's decisions.
• Develop and develop financial and operational reporting tools for the Governing Board.
• Participate in the development of financial and hospital statistics for institutional partners.
• Contribute to budget development and support frameworks in the budget process.
• Analyze and monitor the performance of the various activities of the Hospital by cross-checking activity, cost and funding data, analysing the differences between budget and achievement and helping to identify levers for improvement.
• Participate in quarterly and annual closures and ensure the reliability of financial data.
• Contribute to the evolution, digitization and automation of financial processes and tools.

Your profile Technical expertise

• You have a Master's degree in Accounting, Control and Finance or an equivalent training.
• You benefit from a proven experience in management control, including budget construction and monitoring, financial analysis and reporting.
• You have a good understanding of the financial and analytical accounts and the financing mechanisms of the health sector.
• You have mastered the Opale ERP and are comfortable with the usual IT tools (Excel in particular). The knowledge of Tableau is an asset.
