For our Private Banking division, we are looking for a: Announcement Assistant or Management Assistant Private Banking International Your main tasks:

• ensure the proper execution of instructions sent by customers and ensure administrative follow-up,
• offer an optimal reception in the context of telephone contacts with customers,
• monitoring the quality of information contained in customer databases,
• coordinate the various administrative aspects related to the optimal functioning of the team,
• participate in the training of new arrivals and training staff. Your profile:
• banking experience in a similar position,
• good organisation, sense of responsibility, precision and autonomy,
• mastery of common computer tools,
