Role overview
The Directorate General of Post-Compulsory Education (DGEP) is responsible for training that takes place between the end of compulsory education and higher education.
It offers training within 16 high schools and 13 vocational schools and brings together more than 3,400 employees.
To strengthen the Information Systems Unit (USI), we are looking for a Mac Workstation Administrator.
- The Directorate General of Post-Compulsory Education (DGEP) is responsible for training that takes place between the end of compulsory education and higher education.
- It offers training within 16 high schools and 13 vocational schools and brings together more than 3,400 employees.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the information systems in our MacOS environment by maintaining the various IT components, with a focus on quality, productivity, and security.
- Provide support to users and colleagues within the entity for incident resolution and service request processing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent training
- Mastery of the MacOS environment and Jamf Pro solutions
Main responsibilities
- Ensure the proper functioning of the information systems in our MacOS environment by maintaining the various IT components, with a focus on quality, productivity, and security.
- Provide support to users and colleagues within the entity for incident resolution and service request processing activities.
- Participate in the design, implementation, and deployment phases of projects related to new information systems or the evolution of existing ones.
- Coordinate the activities of IT managers/contacts within the institutions regarding the operation and standardization of information systems.
- Contribute to defining the technical architecture of information systems, standards, dependencies, operating procedures, and, depending on the criticality of the information systems, identify actions to ensure service continuity. Profile sought
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent training.
- Mastery of the MacOS environment and Jamf Pro solutions.
- Certification or training in one or more technologies.
- General technical mastery and 5 years of experience in MacOS areas.
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes.

- Knowledge of managing Windows via Microsoft Intune and SCCM is a plus
