The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is a reference intercantonal hospital with over 2,000 collaborators. Rennaz Hospital has over 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatric and Rehabilitation Clinics and two medical clinics. To complete our UROLOGY unit team, at the Rennaz site, we are looking for a:

Medical assistant M/F at 60%-80%

The main tasks of this post are

• Ensure communication with registered doctors' offices
• Plan appointments in the UROLOGY calendar
• Routine administrative follow-up: open, sort and distribute mail, process mail, answer telephone
• Ensure proper administrative maintenance of medical records and monitoring of billing
• Contribute to teamwork, act collegially
• Assistance in consultation
• Setting up and storing the consultation box

We ask

• A medical assistant CFC, DFMS or equivalent
• Confirmed experience in a hospital or medical practice
• A perfect mastery of the French, oral and written language, as well as excellent computer skills
• A sense of responsibility, organization and planning
• A motivated, rigorous, dynamic person with excellent communication skills
• Implementation and compliance with directives and institutional procedures
