PLANNING (M/F)

Participation rate at 70% Fixed-term contract

Your missions As a planner, you are the orchestra leader responsible for coordinating and organizing CMS services. Much more than planning daily tours, you give the pace and ensure harmonious connections between our stakeholders and our clients, while ensuring the well-being of our collaborators and the comfort of our clients. You also play a role as an advisor to the members of the management (CMS managers and team leaders) for continuous improvement by bringing information back from the field around constraints (trajectories, care times, breaks, etc.). You are thus contributing to the mission of CMS, its image and reputation, as well as its smooth functioning.

Your profile and skills

• You receive basic training in health, business or management.
• You can demonstrate professional experience with service delivery or production organization activities.
• You already have experience planning medical or health services or interventions.
• You are an expert when it comes to bringing clients' needs into line with the current workforce and a specialist in the art of finding quick solutions while maintaining control and concentration throughout the day and responding to unforeseen events and emergencies with brilliance. Finally, you also show adaptation.
