Founded in Lausanne in 1843, the Asylum Foundation for the Blind includes the Jules-Gonin Ophthalmic Hospital, a university department of ophthalmology, a research centre, the Centre pédagogique pour écoles handicapées de la vue (CPHV), the social service, rehabilitation and low vision and the medical-social establishment Clair-Soleil.
More than 650 employees work every day in the service of visual health to offer diagnostic, treatment and accompaniment services to people with vision.
In order to complete our social service and low vision rehabilitation, we are looking for a

- Prepare and conduct a locomotion needs assessment
- Formulate objectives and plan for intervention
- Diploma of expert in rehabilitation of visually impaired and blind people – Specialization orientation and mobility or equivalent
Main responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct a locomotion needs assessment
- Formulate objectives and plan for intervention
- Advise and support the beneficiary in learning techniques and strategies for compensation in locomotion Final evaluation and completion report
- Participate in the development of service activities and projects in accordance with the objectives of the service and the vision of the Foundation Requirements Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
- Authorization to practise as an occupational therapist in the canton of Vaud compulsory, or in progress
- 2 years experience in occupational therapy
- Team spirit and ability to work interdisciplinary network Easy with computer tools Creativity in the therapeutic approach
- Feeling of relationship, patience and interaction with the client Driving licence: frequent trips outside Cosa offeriamo
- An enriching and varied activity in dynamic environment, wage conditions related to your skills Participation rate: 60% to 100% Nature of the contract: CDI Entry into office : To be agreed
