• Adviser and support managers on good HR practices (public/private labour law)
• Managing complex situations: conflicts, disciplinary measures, terminations
• Piloting the employees' HR life cycle: monitoring evaluations, work certificates, etc...
• Coordinate absentee management in collaboration with our Care Manager
• Contribute to innovative HR projects that advance our organization ##
• Your profile
• Bachelor HES with HR specialization or equivalent training
• Excellent listening, pedagogy and communication skills (oral & written)
• Confidentiality, rigor, and collaborative leadership
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law (public and private)
