Together with internal teams and external partners, you ensure the stable, secure and high-performance operation of our Linux-based system and platform landscape.
You will continuously operate, monitor and develop our infrastructure and platform services

You will actively participate in company-wide infrastructure and network projects and contribute your experience in design, implementation and operation
You take responsibility for incident, problem and change management and analyze disruptions independently up to the system and network level

You advise application managers in the areas of Linux systems, network infrastructure, platform architecture and security and act as a technical interface to development and operation
You maintain our system and network documentation and ensure its up-to-date and availability Requirements
You have completed a computer science education or several years of professional experience as a Linux System Engineer / Administrator
Ideally, You have in-depth knowledge of the operation of Oracle Linux systems
You have a strong network affinity and are familiar with the following topics: LAN / WLAN, switching & routing, Cisco networks, authentication and access mechanisms (e.g. 802.1X)
You have experience in handling container and platform environments (RedHat OpenShift, Docker, Podman)
Automate recurring tasks with Ansible and scripting (e.g. Bash, Python)
You have experience with virtualization technologies, backup and storage solutions (e.g. Veeam)

You maintain our system and network documentation and ensure its up-to-date and availability
