- Minimum experience of 5 years in documentary information service
- Very good knowledge of ALMA SIGB, MARC21 format, GDR rules and other catalographic reporting standards
- Good ability to communicate and synthesize information
- Very good mastery of basic office tools and new information technologies (professional web searches, information management)
- Good knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and automatic processing of natural language applied to cataloguing
- Knowledge of programming language, German level B1 and English level B2
- Position in the Cantonal Administration of Vaud (State of Vaud), Switzerland.
