Main responsibilities
- You bear overall responsibility for payroll, time management and social insurance for around 2,800 employees
- You lead the payroll team with three employees professionally and personnel
- You ensure timely and correct wage processing including monthly and annual accounts as well as account reconciliations
- You are responsible for social security, withholding tax and daily allowances and accompanying audits
- You advise executives and employees competently on wage- and social insurance-related issues
- You will continuously develop the payroll processes and drive their digitization forward.
- In addition, you work in HR projects or take over their management
- You are responsible for HR systems (SAP HCM) including master data management and ensure high data quality
- You work closely with the entire HR as well as the areas of finance and controlling Requirements
- You have several years of experience in a comparable payroll function, ideally in a larger company
Key requirements

- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP HCM (R/3 HR), sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse wie auch eine hohe IT-Affinität mit
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Payroll-Prozessen
- Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über gute Französischkenntnisse; Italienisch ist ein Plus
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, präzise sowie selbständig und zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus
- Du bist eine motivierende Führungspersönlichkeit mit Umsetzungsstärke sowie einer ausgeprägten Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
