In order to strengthen the current team, we are looking for a kitchen workshop manager for a fixed period of three months. As a kitchen workshop manager at the Tuilerie Prison, you reinforce the existing team and accompany women in their daily work. You pass on your professional knowledge to them, enabling them to develop new skills and thus help them to reintegrate. Through your commitment, you contribute to the protection of the population by providing supervision and supervision of detainees. • Train and mentor detainees in the activities of the cooking workshop in order to acquire new social and professional skills.
• Ensure the preparation of the two meal services for detainees and employees while ensuring hygiene and safety standards and the maintenance and proper functioning of the equipment.
• Ensure the security and supervision of detainees working in the kitchen, ensure the maintenance of discipline.
• Develop behavioural reports and progress of supervised persons.
• Work with stakeholders in the various sectors of the institution (social, security, professional, etc.) to ensure adequate care for detainees. • Cookery, baker's, pastry or other equivalent
• Holder of the Federal Certificate of Custody Officer or undertake to obtain it
• Interest in the care of female detainees
• Ability to manage teams
• Comfortable in human contacts, empathy and sense of communication and negotiation
• Good mental and physical skills to manage sometimes difficult situations or conflicts while keeping a distance adapted to your function
