Mission

• Plan and organize weekly tours related to the installation of decorations and POS at the outlets
• Coordinate and monitor the various mandates and decoration work
• Monitoring of VDP openings, transformations or maintenance
• Work closely with the various managers to ensure effective project implementation
• Ensure the consistent application of Corporate Branding throughout all outlets
• Support, motivate and support a team of 6 employees
• Processing and tracking invoices related to these tasks
• Replace the decorator and colleagues during their absences
• To be a force for proposal in the development of new concepts and in the continuous improvement of processes
• Timely support the shipping sector and preparation of workshop decoration materials

Qualifications

• Polydesigner 3D CFC or equivalent formation
• Experience confirmed several years in decoration, visual merchandising or similar function
• Good experience in planning tours and organizing field interventions
• Significant experience in team management
• Excellent manual skills for mounting, fixing and installation on site
• Sense of detail, aesthetics and careful work
• Organized, autonomous, reliable and team-minded
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while meeting deadlines
• Good mastery of MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Essential driving licence
• German as an asset
