The ORP-CSR Joint Unit, attached to the Regional Placement Office (ORP) in Yverdon-les-Bains, aims to take care of beneficiaries of Insert Income (RI) in a manner that combines the skills of social assistant of the Regional Social Centre (CSR) and staff advisers of the ORP. In this context, you organize and support the activities of the employees of the Joint Unit. You support the creation of a professional practice based on the actions of two complementary trades and impact the deployment of innovative practices in the field of socio-professional integration. You ensure the development of the skills of the employees of your unit, while monitoring the quality of the service provided to the beneficiaries and the respect of the legal framework. You support the head of the ORP and the head of the CSR and contribute to the quality of the relations between the ORP and the CSR. You follow and advise each beneficiary with the objective of optimising a job. You select the appropriate placement strategies for each and have specific measures to develop their employability.

• To direct and remember the activities of the staff of the Joint Unit;
• Organize, optimize and monitor the quality of the work of the Joint Unit;
• Ensure the development of the skills of the staff of the Joint Unit;
• Support the Head of the ORP and the heads of the CSR and contribute to the quality of relations between the ORP and the CSR;
• To act as a staff adviser to ORP and to replace the head of office in the management of the Office. Key competencies

• Federal patent of HR specialist, social insurance specialist or staff adviser.
• Several years of experience in at least one of the following areas: counselling and placement, socio-professional reintegration or human resources, as well as management.
• Ability to drive and motivate a team of collaborators by adopting participatory leadership.
• Ability to initiate and promote organizational change.
• Flexible and adaptable to change, while inspiring these qualities within the team.
• Good knowledge of the labour market and the Vaudian economic fabric.
