In order to respond to the increase in the number of mandates entrusted to the service and to support the development of our services, we are seeking a motivated framework to commit ourselves, within our Vevey branch. As a group leader in the field of adult protection, you ensure the operational conduct of a group of professional curators. Your expertise in adult curatelle, as well as your management skills, allow you to ensure a proactive, caring and efficient management of your team and the delivery of consistent, diligent and quality services. You are actively contributing to the proper functioning of the field of adult protection and working closely with the hierarchy, judicial authorities and partners of the network.

• To supervise, organize and coordinate the activities of a group of professional curators.
• Plan, allocate and monitor the management of the adult protection mandates entrusted to the group.
• Ensure compliance with the legal, regulatory and internal procedures.
• Provide professional support in complex situations and supervise files, reports and accounts transmitted to the judicial authorities.
• Conduct group symposia and ensure effective communication.
• Provide HR management of its team, in collaboration with the HR unit of the service.
• Personally assume certain mandates for the protection of adults, respecting the autonomy and rights of persons under the care of the ward. • Bachelor HES or university.
• CAS Module 1 in adult curatelles.
• Training in management or team conduct.
• 3 years of experience in social work and ideally in the conduct of a social entity.
• Personal leadership, loyalty, culture of dialogue and feedback, managerial courage, organizational agility, risk management, support for change.
• Strong knowledge of social insurance, adult protection law and financial management.
• Mastery of maintenance techniques in difficult situations or complex networks.
• Pedagogical skills: ability to transmit knowledge and support professionals.
