Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the independent follow-up and telephone advice of our clients in terms of services.
• You control and process outpatient services according to rates, contracts and insurance coverage.
• You manage the administrative part of your client portfolio.
• Your contacts are insured persons, doctors, hospitals, therapists and collaborators from other departments of CONCORDIA.

Your profile

• You have basic medical training (medical assistant or pharmacy assistant, drug adjunct) combined with continuing business training or professional experience in administration.
• Or basic commercial training with a sickness fund.
• Your mother tongue is French and you have good knowledge of German (an asset).
• You are looking for a varied and demanding activity.
• You work autonomously, accurately and quickly.
• Do you know MS Office well? It's not a problem for you!
• You like administrative tasks and you're comfortable in correspondence.
