- In collaboration with the Compliance Office Group in Bern, you are the contact person for compliance issues and for processing all applications in this field (including LBA, LPCC, LPD, LSFin, FINMA circulars, etc.).
- Thanks to your analytical capabilities and your relational ease, you participate in the implementation, within the Mobilière-Vie, of legislative changes and ensure the monitoring of legislative and judicial developments. What you bring:
- University training in law, law patent is an asset
- Experience in insurance and ideally in compliance
- Analytical mind with a strong working capacity Responsibility and teamwork
- Excellent knowledge of German (Swiss) and French Working at home: A team of lawyers is waiting for you.
