Role overview

According to the Public Health Act, the Commission for the Review of Complaints of Patients, Residents or Users of Health and Socio-Educational Institutions (COP) is mandated to ensure respect for the rights of patients and residents and to deal with complaints about the treatment of health professionals and health institutions or institutions concerning human rights violations.

As a COP lawyer, your mission is to participate in the proper judicial functioning of the COP.
