Application process
- Coach executives and teams in problem-solving methods and ensure the consistent application of structured improvement processes
- Analyze value streams and run workshops to identify and reduce waste
- Integrate Leader Standard Work into daily leadership and establish regular reviews to ensure implementation
- Track improvement measures systematically and ensure sustainable results based on clear key figures
- Support the digitalization of lean elements by introducing visual and data-based solutions (e.g. digital dashboards)
- Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement through training, training and practical implementation in the workplace
- Lead the implementation of the Stryker Production System (SPS) and ensure the sustainable use of lean tools and methods through training, coaching and support.
- Act as a deputy of the Lean Manager and, if necessary, take over the professional leadership and coordination of site-wide Lean and Continuous Improvement activities.
