- In this role, you assume the responsibility of the Witikon site in the area of organization, security, implementation of sales activities and training of employees. Your tasks
- Location responsibility for the Witikon branch
- Reception of our customers in the customer hall
- Determination of needs taking into account individual wishes and goals as well as recognition of potential
- Advising private customers in the areas of numbers, savings, investing and provision
- Accompanying our customers into the digital world
- Scheduling appointments and conducting holistic consultations
- Acquiring new customers as well as recognizing and communicating further customer needs
- Settlement of cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metals transactions as well as management of bankcomats, recyclers and safe facilities Option to act as a practice trainer
- Completed commercial banking (EFZ) or equivalent banking subject training as offered by CYP or other recognised institutions
