Hospital receptionist Activity rate 40 to 60% , from 01.12.2026 or to be agreed

Your mission

• Welcome and guide patients, visitors and the various contacts of the hospital
• Ensure the administrative management of patient records, particularly when entering and leaving
• Sorting and managing mail
• Management of the physiotherapy service agenda
• Manage phone calls as well as the different email boxes of the service
• Working closely with the different services of the Health Centre
• Ensuring the various administrative tasks inherent in the proper functioning of the Reception and Admission Service

Your profile

• SWC trade employee or equivalent, with experience in health
• Good control of common computer tools; knowledge of the Opale system is an asset
• High interest in health and patient contact
• Flexibility, flexibility, initiative and autonomy
• Excellent sense of organization and rigour in work
• Good stress resistance and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Availability to work on irregular working hours, with a year-round smooth activity rate (including weekends and holidays)
• Knowledge of German and/or English
