The management of the Music Unit puts in the competition the position of Antenna Head for RTS Color 3. A visionary and strategic leadership role is desired for this executive position where you can imagine the program grids of the radio offer RTS Color 3, follow its development on digital and ensure its quality and success with the public.

Your Mission

• Ensure the consistency, quality and editorial and musical identity of RTS Color 3, on all its expressions (radio, podcast, video, terrain)
• Coordinate budget and resource planning
• Lead and support teams, promoting their development and collaboration around RTS Color 3 objectives
• Ensure the radiation of the offer RTS Color 3 in all its forms in collaboration with Marketing
• Develop program grid based on public needs and audience objectives
• Supervise the digital first transformation of RTS Color 3 content into audio and video, as well as video versions of audio content
• Decline the antenna during field events (festivals, concerts, evenings, special operations)
• Imagine and create special events specific to Color3, in collaboration with Marketing
• Develop and maintain collaborations with the cultural and musical world (labels, theatres, festivals, associations, artists)
• Ensure the qualitative and quantitative results (program designs, audiences) of the channel in direct connection with the Distribution & Public Department
• Management of other nearby music programs ordered and broadcast on other channels, mainly RTSP

Your profile

• Higher education, university level or equivalent
• Experience confirmed in team management and change management
• Adfirmed leadership, federator and mobilizer associated with a modern management approach with the ability to give a clear course
• Knowledge of German and English at minimum level B1
• Experience in radio (suisse and/or foreign) and media in general
• Understanding the typologies of the Roman Catholic society
• Good knowledge in the fields and subjects dealt with by its chain
• Good general culture and strong interest in the news
• Interest in the evolution of the media, their content, production methods, public relations, marketing and social networks
• Sense of responsibility, force of proposal
• Creativity, sense of innovation, ability to anticipate major trends
• Opening up and curiosity about new technologies
• A sense of organization, anticipation and priority management
• Interpersonal, easy to communicate, negotiate and seek solutions.
