Within the Department of Corporate Affairs / RC, we manage all claims related to business and liability insurance for our private and professional clients. In case of weather or disasters, the Task Force Grands Sinisters coordinates the organisation and immediately implements the necessary measures to support our clients.

In this context, you will join an experienced and well-functioning team, within which you will independently and responsibly lead a team dedicated to complex claims in the Crissier region.

What You Do

• You are responsible for technical management and lead a team of up to 9 employees responsible for the complete processing of claims in the fields of business, civil and technical insurance.

• You ensure effective disaster management in accordance with the guidelines and actively contribute to continuous process improvement.

• You provide day-to-day operational management and ensure the smooth running of activities.

• You encourage the professional and personal development of every member of your team.

• You actively accompany your team in implementing the changes.

What you bring

• Federal patent in insurance or diploma from a university specializing in insurance.

• Min. 1-3 years of experience in team management desired.

• Several years of experience in claims settlement and solid technical knowledge in the fields of business and liability insurance.

• Vibrant spirit, strong customer orientation, service and solutions.

• Excellent mastery of French and good knowledge of German.
