In order to complement our team within our Sales and Marketing department, our group is looking for a Foresight Sales Manager for the Lausanne region whose mission is to support our external service as well as agency brokers in the research and development of solutions for our customers in the field of foresight. The various missions that await you

• Accompany our external service in customer appointments, advise them and support them on mortgage and contingency products.
• Propose and promote commercial actions in the field of individual, collective and mortgage life insurance.
• Regularly monitor sales team results, find suitable actions in collaboration with general staff.
• Provide sales and product training and ensure follow-up.
• Promote cross-cutting relationships between agencies and the Branch. What makes you unique
• Holder of a federal certificate of financial planner or equivalent training.
• Professional experience in external service, respectively customer advice is required.
• Successful professional experience in the field of foresight and finance, a mastery of legal and fiscal aspects is a great added value.
