The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is a reference intercantonal hospital, which brings together more than 2,500 collaborators. Rennaz Hospital has over 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatric and Rehabilitation Clinics and two medical clinics. To complete our surgical team in Rennaz, we are looking for a:

80% specialized clinician nurse

The main tasks of this post are

• Guide care team members in the management of care
• Supporting change within the team through a participatory approach
• Identify the various issues affecting the quality of care and propose solutions taking into account the care objectives of the HR
• Participate in the supervision of new employees
• Working on ICUS and ICS mandates
• Create documentation, procedures and processes for the service
• Working in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

We ask

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• A Master in Nursing Science
• Confirmed experience in surgery (minimum 5 years)
• An experience in an outpatient unit would be an asset
• A capacity for analysis, synthesis, a sense of priorities and initiative
• A very good computer mastery
• A strong interest in project management
• A person who can position himself against the teams in place
